Oatmeal Energizing Breakfast

OATMEAL ADRENAL GLAND ENERGIZING BREAKFAST
Yield: 1 serving
Prep Time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
One serving old fashioned Oatmeal (steel cut is a great choice), cooked per package directions
10-15 Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
2 Tablespoons Flaxseeds (FiProFlax is a good brand)
1 Tablespoon Wheat Germ
Handful of Walnuts
1/2 teaspoon (a sprinkle) of Cinnamon
Drizzle of Maple Syrup
Itsy bitsy crunchy Apple slices
1/2 cup Dried Fruit (especially some diced prunes and apricots).
1/2 cup Almond or Rice Milk
DIRECTIONS:
Other "Hot Cereal" substitutions for the oatmeal include barley, buckwheat, bulgar wheat and creme of rice.
For a cold cereal, All-Bran, Muesli and Special K are excellent choices.
Notes: If you are Type "O" Blood, substitute Buckwheat Cereal, Cream of Rice or Cooked Millet for the Oatmeal and omit the Wheat Germ. And, add in a piece of meat ... beef bacon, a piece of steak or some turkey slices.
