and subscribers kept asking me "What do you take?"
Why?
Because they want to get rid of fatigue too and are overwhelmed by so many
choices - pills,
patches, tests, books, seminars ... you name it.
I understand how they feel. Over the past couple
years I've spent thousands of dollars trying this and that and
this and that. Below, for your convenience,
are my "best of" supplemental

Breakfast
Supplements , Michael & Me
1st thing in the a.m. is an 8 oz glass of
water with 1/4 tsp of sea salt. Then comes breakfast and the
following:
Natrol
Acidophilus (cleaning out my insides!); Solaray VitaPrime for Women
(multi-vitamin) or Solaray VitaPrime for Men; Solaray
Calcium & Magnesium and 1000 IU of Vitamin D.
Late morning boost, around 10:00 a.m. (or whenever I remember) I have an
easy "greens" glass a.k.a., Dr. Hagiwara's Magma Plus by Green Foods - 5.3oz. Powder

Afternoon Energy
Boost ~- 2:00 p.m.
Vitamin C 1000 +
a snack like a handful of almonds or walnuts or a yogurt and some sliced
apple.
Bedtime:
Insomnia and Adrenal Fatigue unfortunately
"go together." These days I sleep soundly by taking 500 to 800mg of
Magnesium at bedtime. I'll also use Solaray's blend of
Calcium & Magnesium. If I'm still amped up
a small bowl of cereal with Rice Milk works just fine. Click here for
